Hopefully a BestBuy tech will be able to come out and check it out.

But it tends to take a long time to dry on most settings. Aso, i found out that depending on what I'm drying, I have to dry it more than once. Pretty much 2 and a half hours seems to be the norm for "big" loads and an hour and half for small loads. The dryer is heating properly, but its not as good as a GE, Maytag or whirlpool dryer in getting stuff dry the first time.

Works fine BUT why they didnt add a light inside is a mystery. Come on samsung do better. Had I known i would have bought a different model/brand. Hense the poor rating.
