    Had it for a year and it already needs repairing. This is on top of me fully cleaning the dryer and vent every other month.

    No Light.

    There is no light inside the drum of the dryer. You cannot see inside it and, at times, may need to use a flashlight to see the contents. Very surprised by this. The salesperson conveniently did not mention this.

    We loved this dryer… until it completely stopped working 16 months after we purchased it. We were disappointed to see the manufactures warranty was only one year. We feel like we wasted $600. Would I recommend? Probably not, now that it stopped working just over a year after purchasing. Really disappointed.

    Bought this 7 months ago. It does not dry the clothes well. Have to dry them longer. Need to have it checked

    Worked great then 3 weeks later it quit working. Brand new and I had to get a service tech out to find what is wrong

    Kept turning off although check by electrician. No rlectrical problem on residence end. The cord in nack was improperly installed. Best Buy would not replace them although it was less than 35 days out.

    I love my dryer but the service delivering it was awful they banged into my wall never explained anything to me and also rigged the dryer hose. I was definitely disappointed

    This is a pretty decent dryer, however even on the high mode I sometimes see damp clothes, which gets me run the second cycle of dryer to completely dry the clothes.

    My scrubs were so wrinkled it was ridiculous. I re-washed 5 times and STILL wrinkled. I never dry them all the way, just enough until they are lightly damp and never had a problem with wrinkles ever. I actually gave up and had to iron them. Im super PO'd with this stupid dryer. And there is no light when you open it.

    Delivery service canceled because they ony have "one" employee that does deliveries and he was sick. No back-up. I have to wait another week. You can't even talk to a real delivery person.

    Samsung dryer terrible

    Terrible experience. The dryer stopped working 4 days after the return window. Bestbuy was absolutely no assistance, other than referring me to Samsung. After multiple attempts to reach Samsung, they setup a repair inspection. The appliance repair company never showed up

    Does not completely dry, even at the Very dry sett

    We have to set it up Very dry no matter the type of clothing or the quantity. And even then, most batches are still damp when they cycle finishes. That's a terrible design flaw or a failure of the humidity sensor.

    Wish the controls weren't dumbed down so much

    Very good. I knocked off a star since it doesn't have easily adjusted controls such as timed wash - you're locked into 10, 20, 30 minutes and that's it. Likewise only on certain settings can you control the dryness level (sensor shut-off)

    Still getting used to the dryer. Heavy items seem to need an extra few minutes…not always completely dry on normal. Will be trying a different setting. However, normal weight clothing comes out dry, and wrinkle free on the first drying cycle.

    Don’t buy. Takes so long to dry the smallest bit of clothes. Always have to put on highest temp and longest amount of time. Don’t know if it’s just a bad sensor but always thinks things are dry after maybe 10 mins and they very much aren’t. Also no way to turn off chime and end of cycle. Why?!

    Worst dryer ever. We bought it because of the large capacity. It takes multiple cycles on heavy duty high heat to dry four towels. Every load of laundry that we wash, we don’t have to split into two dryer loads. Do not buy!
