    It took 5 appointments to get delivered and it came damaged. I would recommend this product but I would never shop at Best Buy after this poor experience again. I will be telling others the same.

    1st Dryer did not heat up and dry. Returned and waited for replacement dryer. In 2 days, the replacement dryer did the same thing and stopped heating. I do not recommend.

    Takes all day to dry 4 towels even though you can tell the machine is getting hot. OR when you turn it on for a normal dry for an hour it shuts off after ten minutes.

    Why was open if it was shipped to the store ?

    The dryer didn’t had no box it was just wrapped with plastic and the unicel around it no cables or book directions where included I this point I have a dryer that I can’t used

    dryer does not have a light in it. It’s just a big black hole. Need to use cycle twice for close to dry.

    Dryer is broken, 15 months after purchase.

    My dryer is a little over a year old, and is already needing a repair that will cost more than half the price of the driver. Not reliable at all.

    Never ever buy a product from Samsung. My wife called helpdesk to solve a problem for over 6 to 7 times. everytime, they keep saying that they will send technician. Nothing has been done so far.

    Do Not Buy . Motor went out in 13 months. Our warranty was out by 1 month. Really expected at least 5 years out of this dryer.

    Who in there right mind puts seconds in a dryer setting! I choose what I think is 20 minutes and it's stopped in 20 seconds. There isn't a single setting that's useful to me!

      We wish the dryer to work and sound to your expectations, Ihler. We are here to help you with that.

      Please ensure the dryer is not in ECO DRY mode, as this setting will reduce the power consumption of certain other cycles but will extend the length of the cycle, potentially up to 3 times as long. Eco Dry is on by default on Normal and Time Dry cycles for models with the feature. Please see these links for details.

    I love this dryer, it runs only as long as it needs to and only has the bells and whistles that you really need in a basic dryer. I didn't pay too much for technology that ultimately doesn't pay for itself. Relatively quiet and "sings" when a load is completed.
