    SUDDENLY OUT OF SCTOCK AND NOT HELP FROM BESTBUY

    The TV (Open Box Item) was DAMAGED and with a lot of missing accessories, Washer /Dryer were NOT in stock when it was supposed to, then I was told that my order was canceled without notifying me by the badly trained staff at the Houston Outlet location, I chatted with agents and supervisor and could not resolve anything, even ending the chat without even attempting to help, then the help Center over the phone also agent and supervisor alike did not even try to assist at all, saying that my only solution was to cancel the order, not even allowing me to pick up from another location which clearly was available, this was all done through a leasing company and it takes 12 days to get fixed with them, time that I do not have..... I am very DISSAPOINTED and upset at their lack of interest in helping

    It replaced the same unit. The one it replaced had a white interior; which I like better, because you can see any item still in the dryer better, against a white interior. This dark interior makes it hard to spot small items (like socks) still inside especially if they are also dark.

    Musical machine with a mind of its own

    Dries however long it wants to, regardless of the settings you put it on. If the dryer thinks the clothes inside are dry, it stops. It plays a song at the end of each cycle. Not a buzzer, not a chime, a whole song. Every time it cools down/ends. Per BestBuy and Samsung, there is no way to turn that off. So, we are paying an extra $50 and exchanging it.

    So far the dryer works alright.It isn’t what I wanted but was in stock when I needed to buy one. I have not had it long enough to give it a better rating.

    Smart Machines Are Not Better

    Broken down twice in as many years. Delivered Jan of 2021. The heating element burned out after only 18 months. Luckily that $180 repair was covered by my credit card benefits program. In August 2023 the entire control board had to be replaced and the $400 repair bill was not covered. It seems like the smarter the machine, the more problems and expense to repair.

    Terrible dryer

    DO NOT BUY THIS DRYER. I bought this one Dec 2021 and it broke. It no longer heats. Even before it broke, it was not a good dryer. I bought the Samsung pair washer and dryer and this dryer takes hours to dry clothes. When I dry my comforter, it takes 4 hours of drying. The sensors never worked properly. The dryer would shut off before the clothes were dry. This dryer was a waste of money…even the washing machine does not work that good. I have to wash really small loads or the washer gets confused and keep repeating the same thing over and over until I rescue the clothes. I do not recommend either appliance. This purchase was a big regret. If I could give the Samsung washer amd dryer zero stars I would. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

    Nothing but problems

    I've owned this stupid dryer for 6 years now. I had to replace it twice, which has to go through Geek Squad. Called out an independent repairman three times. Throwing it away now. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG APPLIANCES!!!! They can do other electronics, but not appliances. Seriously, it's just me and my daughter. We do two loads of laundry a week. This is ridiculous.

    Liked the dryer at first, but......

    We like how efficiently the dryer drys our clothes. However, we had to have the motor replaced after 11 months. Now at less than 2 years, the drum spins, but the dryer does not heat so the clothes do not dry. Very disappointed!

    Just got this dryer today and it takes forever to heat up and dry clothes. Took 3 times just to dry my quilts. My old dryer was so much hotter than this one. I will be calling them back in the morning.

    Dead after 7 months

    We have no kids, so we aren’t done a ton of laundry. This is literally such a terrible dryer. YES it’s under warranty however the Company Samsung uses ( third party fix) Tekniton is literally pathetic. Customer service was bad, left trash on floor, window open so flys are everywhere. Not to mention they have come out multiple times and dryer is still broken. I have taken multiple days off of work for them to not know what they are doing. Also our Dishwasher ( Samsung) is now broken. STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG

    Broken after 3 years

    3 years later and the main control board is shot. Dryer does not stop running unless the door is open. Do not recommend.
