Only complaint is which it came in black, love the noise it makes when finished

I’m a first time washer but from coming coming from my parents house with a used and abused washing machine I can see the difference I hear a lot of bad about Samsung but if you ask me this is a top notch brand I sometimes over fill with clothes ( sometimes) but it handles them very well both washer and dryer but I think I’m team officially Samsung

The geek squad installers were on time and had it up and running in less than 30 minutes!! It’s super quiet and it plays a nice song for you once it’s done. The laundry detergent and fabric softener disperse throughout all the clothes and there is lots of options for your wash cycles. 10/10 recommended for anyone looking for a high end washer.

The dryer works perfectly. Love the music it plays to signal when it's done.

I purchased the washer and dryer set together, and I have to say that my wife and I are extremely happy with our purchase. We bought it during the Memorial Day sale, and we love them both. Super fast, super efficient, and they look pretty premium.

I love the size of the on the inside of the dryer. Wide and enough room to put your comforter in the dryer if that what you should to do.

So far so good. Got this electric Samsung dryer as the mate to the existing Samsung washer already in the house we bought and they are both functioning great!! Also, nice sleek look!!

I’ve had this dryer for about 4 months. It’s pretty good, but it could be better. My previous dryer allowed you a dry time of almost 2 hours. This only allowed a timed dry of 60 mins. After that you have to come back and restart the dryer again for additional time. It does have auto sense drying but I don’t find that feature to be the best for me. It’s not very big on the inside but it gets the job done. I’m happy for now.

Love easy to use fast dry less wrinkles great prime and warranty

I actually love this dryer, dries clothes quickly. I’ve had it for two months hope it holds up. The impeller washer that goes with it is horrible and I seen a lot of complaints from not cleaning to breaking down within months after warranty is over. Some before definitely look into. Personally you’d be better off washing your them by hand

The customer service throughout the purchase and house install were terrific. The installers helped walk my wife through everything while I was at work. The Samsung set works flawlessly, and I appreciate the above and beyond customer service.

Love this dryer! Recently had to replace my previous Samsung dryer and opted for a simple dryer. This dryer gets the job done. The look is sleek and the operation is simple. Samsung customer for life.

I'm really enjoying this particular brand of dryer. I love how it plays a song when the cycle is finished. And the most important thing is the door. Where we had our dryer located, we have a door that opened in front of it, but it was opposite of how the dryer door opened. We were able to swap the hardware around so that the dryer door now opens the same direction as the door in front of it. I absolutely loved that feature most of all.
