I really wanted to like this dryer, but after using it for a while, I’m honestly frustrated. The Samsung 7.2 cu. ft. Electric Dryer with Sensor Dry simply does not dry clothes properly unless the load is extremely small. If you put in more than about one-third of the drum, the clothes come out damp every single time—even after multiple cycles. It completely defeats the purpose of having a large-capacity dryer. Another major issue: this dryer cannot handle blankets or comforters at all. Even lightweight bedding won’t dry evenly, and the machine keeps stopping early because the sensor thinks the load is done. I’ve had to take things out and hang-dry them, which is ridiculous for a brand-new dryer. Overall, for the price, I expected something far more reliable. If you dry normal-sized loads or need to dry bedding, this dryer is absolutely not for you.

At first i was very frustrated by this dryer because it would shut off on us with damp items in the dryer. For the longest my fiancé and i thought it was defective then we thought our voltage was overwhelming the breaker. But shortly after that we discovered it was the Sensor feature thats on the dryer when items get dry enough the dryer cuts off to avoid any damage to clothes or bedding. But it was a lesson learned ..because often many of us buy items without fully reading the instructions and thats where we went wrong. We didn’t read the instructions in its entirety had we did that it would of avoided all the issues we thought we had. We replaced the dryer and all trying to rule out what was going on smh

The dryer works very efficiently, with no issues so far. Dries the clothes quickly and has great options to use from. Lots of room inside. Love the music at the end of the cycle, same for the washer, forgot to mention.

I would have to say this is a great first time buy. Works very well and fits quite a lot. Had to play with some settings to see what they do:)

i don't have any complaints so far with this dryer. However to buy it was a hassle, due to the fact that I take care of my mom who is 101 years old and has senile dementia, the lines were horrible and no employee would let me go by first on account of my problem, i could not get the sale price of Black Friday so I had to pay more for it.

Good selections on control makes it easy to make the proper selection for clothes you are putting in. Runs quiet and smooth. I would like if it had a buzzer for when it is finished.

I kept putting off buying a dryer I would have to tape mine to keep it shut and put it through 2 dryer cycles. This dryer holds so many more clothes and it drys the clothes so fast you don’t even have to set the timer it decides how long it takes. I love m new dryer.
