Works really good colthes are dryer with one time cycle. The only thing it dont have a light in it. But i like it very much

Samsung is one of my favorite brand name. And when our dryer finally gave out it was time for a upgrade. Very easy to use . My wife likes the tune it gives when done. And the option to reverse door opening, what we are considering. But what good is a dryer without a washer . So we purchase the pair for a good price and the offer for price match.

For me, who is new to American life, best buy gave me the best trust, convenience, and trust. Until now, I have compared and purchased many home appliances, but I am satisfied with the best buy.

I like the settings but not sure why it doesn’t completely dry a quit or sometimes towels. Maybe I need to test a few more settings to see if I can get it to dry towels/quilt better. I’ve also noticed things come out very wrinkled. I wished it had a tinted glass door to match the washer. This door looks like it’s still open because it sticks out further.

Delivery service notifications and play-by-play service has gone high tech. Our delivery from Best Buy on the dryer, was excellent communications and service.

Good modern budget clothes drier. Top panel dents easiily when leaving over it. Note: does not include vent hose or power cord, or at least mine did not.

Love it! Great pricing, came in as given by Applliance Mgr., in Gainesville store, though 3rd party Delivery rescheduled four times...was installed to satisfaction as expected!

Solid dryer, does the job well. Auto dry actually works for me, didn’t on my last one.

I regret this purchase. It is the worst dryer we have ever used. It’s sensor controls continually shut the dryer off while the load is still very moist. We have given up on all of the sensor drying modes & only used timed drying. However, even the timed setting when set for a hour, will shut off after 5 minutes randomly. The timed setting should keep going regardless if items are dry or not. It usually takes 2-3 full cycles of high heat, timed drying (that doesn’t cut off before cycle ends) to get each load dry. We have purchased used dryers on craigslist that were 200 times better. We were excited to get the newer technology Samsung dryer and really did try to give it the benefit of the doubt. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but after such a disappointing experience, I have decided to post. I just don’t want anyone else to have to waste their money and time like we have.
