Drying is not as effective

Drying not hot enough

Hate it

I re-washed 5 times and STILL wrinkled. I never dry them all the way, just enough until they are lightly damp and never had a problem with wrinkles ever. I actually gave up and had to iron them. Im super PO'd with this stupid dryer. And there is no light when you open it.

Less than a year

Wish the controls weren't dumbed down so much

I knocked off a star since it doesn't have easily adjusted controls such as timed wash - you're locked into 10, 20, 30 minutes and that's it. Likewise only on certain settings can you control the dryness level (sensor shut-off)

And even then, most batches are still damp when they cycle finishes. That's a terrible design flaw or a failure of the humidity sensor.

Dryer

No rlectrical problem on residence end. The cord in nack was improperly installed. Best Buy would not replace them although it was less than 35 days out.

Basic dryer that does the job!

Heavy items seem to need an extra few minutes…not always completely dry on normal. Will be trying a different setting. However, normal weight clothing comes out dry, and wrinkle free on the first drying cycle.

DO NOT BUY

It takes multiple cycles on heavy duty high heat to dry four towels. Every load of laundry that we wash, we don’t have to split into two dryer loads. Do not buy!

Samsung dryer terrible

The dryer stopped working 4 days after the return window. Bestbuy was absolutely no assistance, other than referring me to Samsung. After multiple attempts to reach Samsung, they setup a repair inspection. The appliance repair company never showed up

Doesn’t dry anything.

Always have to put on highest temp and longest amount of time. Don’t know if it’s just a bad sensor but always thinks things are dry after maybe 10 mins and they very much aren’t. Also no way to turn off chime and end of cycle. Why?!

Dont purchase

And i still have yet to be be able to use it. And bestbuy is charging me $126 to come and repair it! I havent had it a month yet. First visit they said it was the breaker it wasnt getting enough volts. I had an electrician and my electric company come out, fix the voltage intake and the dryer still isnt working properly. Itll only run 2 mins and cut off. Please dont waste ur time and money on this appliance.

Dryer

We immediately turned it off and called customer service. They were willing to send us a new dryer, however we had to wait a month. We are still waiting and should receive a replacement around January 7th.
