Why was open if it was shipped to the store ?

Dryer is broken, 15 months after purchase.

Poor quality product.

My wife called helpdesk to solve a problem for over 6 to 7 times. everytime, they keep saying that they will send technician. Nothing has been done so far.

Worked great until last night

2nd Samsung Dryer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was a little apprehensive having had an older model go out on me after having several issues. The new model seems to work much better and dries much more consistently. The hookups were easier (color coded) this go round. I handled the install myself, and it took about 10 minutes to hook up the cable (You have to purchase yourself if you don't go through BB) and dryer exhaust vent (also have to purchase yourself if you don't go through BB) as well as unsticking all the tape. I've run about 6-8 loads through washing and drying and it seems to work much better than the prior one.

I choose what I think is 20 minutes and it's stopped in 20 seconds. There isn't a single setting that's useful to me!

Please ensure the dryer is not in ECO DRY mode, as this setting will reduce the power consumption of certain other cycles but will extend the length of the cycle, potentially up to 3 times as long. Eco Dry is on by default on Normal and Time Dry cycles for models with the feature. Please see these links for details.
