Dead after 7 months
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We have no kids, so we aren’t done a ton of laundry. This is literally such a terrible dryer. YES it’s under warranty however the Company Samsung uses ( third party fix) Tekniton is literally pathetic. Customer service was bad, left trash on floor, window open so flys are everywhere. Not to mention they have come out multiple times and dryer is still broken. I have taken multiple days off of work for them to not know what they are doing. Also our Dishwasher ( Samsung) is now broken. STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG

Broken after 3 years
