Although, I was disappointed that this is NOT the matching dryer to the Samsung Washer I purchased (as Best Buy website stated it was) The Installation was really straight forward and ready. Excellent dryer and functionality for the price.

Bought this for my aunt who is nearly 70 years old, she had been using a smaller dryer 110 volt that took all day to dry. She's thrilled with this dryer and says she actually looks forward to laundry day now.

I like the efficiency of this dryer & the settings. I do not like the cumbersome lint trap. It is time consuming to have noon take it apart, put it back together & then hope you did it right so it will go into the slot.

My only complaint is that the very low setting still gets pretty warm and the little song that it plays is cute but just a little to long

I am very happy with my new Samsung electric dryer!! The install went perfectly, the guys were on time and had my dryer installed in no time. I am now thinking about getting the washing machine to have the matching pair!!

We wanted a reliable and quality dryer that was also relatively economical. This met the mark and has been great so far. BTW, the delivery timing and communication were excellent—an important consideration in 2021!

This dryer does the job. It has all the basic functions that a dryer should have and it works so much faster than the dryer that it replaced. I've yet to have it take longer than 40 minutes to dry a small load of clothing.

So far we love this dryer. It drys quickly, sometimes it doesn't even take a full cycle. It also plays a little tune when it's finished instead of the usual annoying buzzer.

Great choice and on time service. Delivery was much earlier than expected.

I like so far, it is compatible with my large washing machine, and pretty easy to use which I was worried about since I didn’t get to see it in person before ordering.

You could use a light inside th dryer so use older people can see if we got all the close out without bending over.

Okay so i really wanted to give this thing the full 5 stars cause the other one was good. However it really hasn't dried any better than other cheapo dryers i've had. Now the wear on the clothes in minimal . So if you toss something in its gunna be dry. But if you toss in blankets or sometehing thick, its a different story altogether.

While this dryer may not have all the features of models double or triple the price, you're getting a great products that does exactly what you need it to. Our experience has been great with this product so far.

Drying cycle very short. Doesn’t always get things dry on appropriate settings. Have to dry twice usually. Does have a timed drying setting but I haven’t tried it yet. Ending music annoying and too long.

I love my dryer. I like the music it plays when it come on and off.

Great value for a quality dryer. The delivery crew was very timely and courteous.

Owned for two months already with no regrets about it. Excellent cycles with overheating clothes. When a cycle is over, it plays a quick song to let you know that it is finished.

First they had to come back to put in an extra hose because the dryer hose was too short, but that's not the problem I have with your installers. The problem I have is that they took away the dryer the first trip and didn't bring the correct cord that I paid for and have not been reimbursed for because I was so disgusted that I have not bothered to ask for my money back and my tenant still has the cord at the house, So my tenant had to go to Home Depot to buy the correct cord and install it himself. So I wish to be reimbursed for that cord I paid for.
