I started to take jeans and sweaters out and only dry a lighter load and after putting the setting on high for 80 minutes you still have to put the dryer an additional 20-40 minutes, I have the warranty and 3 year insurance, Service Quick will be coming out after the weekend. After they service if it works out I'll upgrade to 5 stars.
