We contacted Samsung since they had a warranty with them. After a week and a half they sent someone to come look at it. He quickly put the belt back on and said he wouldn’t have recommended buying this dryer and we would be lucky to get 3 years out of it. Now it’s the first week of May and the dryer has stopped working again(same issue of turning on but not running). Do not waste your money on this dryer. It says we are past the return period for it or it would be heading back to Best Buy!!! Now I’m wasting money at a laundry mat to keep clean clothes on our family.
