Upon smelling a foul odor, we called the gas company and they came to our house immediately. They had to replace a fitting which was too small and caused a gas leak. This cost us $63.

Speaking to persons when calling was a JOKE. After going into store and speaking directly to someone who understood and finally got it corrected.

Also, because the top of the dryer slants down, things I normally store on the top fall off due to the vibration during the drying cycle.

The heating element is already out. Reached out to support, and they told me to bring it up to the store... I asked how I was supposed to do that, and support said, "We are remote how will we fix your hairdryer." Insane how subpar quality has gotten. Washer and dryers used to last at least a decade, reliably. Barely two years in and I'm already having trouble.
