      Thank you for your review. We apologize if clothes come out wrinkled after a cycle that was less than ideal and it does not meet your expectations. We are always here to help.

      This dryer model has a wrinkle prevent that provides approximately 180 minutes of intermittent tumbling in unheated air at the end of the cycle to reduce wrinkling. Press and hold Time for 3 seconds to activate this feature. The load is dry and can be removed anytime during the Wrinkle Prevent cycle.

      It also has a wrinkle release cycle that will l release wrinkles from clean, dry, and only slightly wrinkled items, such as clothes from a crowded closet, suitcase, or items that have been in the
      dryer too long after the cycle has ended. You can use WRINKLE RELEASE with any temperature selection.

      If in case using those cycles and clothes are still wrinkled, we recommend:

      1. Small loads of 1 to 4 items work best.
      2. Load fewer items. Load similar-type items.
      3. Take out the items immediately after drying is complete.

    Doesn’t last very long, if I didn’t register it for geek squad to fix it I would’ve had to buy a new one a long time ago…I recommend do not buy it

    Broken 1 month after warranty expry

    After normal use, our dryer broke 13 months after it was delivered, a month after the warranty expired. It was never great to begin with. It was never very efficient (uses a lot of electricity and dries clothes slowly) and every time it on you have to reset the controls. Low quality.

    Is a good dryer when it works. Purchase it 15 months ago and it no longer heats. Of course, the warranty is 12 months.

    Absolute junk. Stay away from Samsung dryers. I have Samsung phones, TV and tablets. Samsung stick to what you know best, not dryers. Within a matter of minutes of installation black smoke was billowing out the front, we quickly shut it down and exchanged the machine, however the replacement did the same thing.

    When this was delivered it was dropped on the back porch even though someone was in the house. Before leaving, the delivery truck "dumped" an old Tv on the front yard and left. The neighbors witnessed this and we need someone to come back and get it. This was very sneaky and dishonest since they thought no one was home. This occurred on June 24th at the delivery address listed in New Jersey. This Samsung electric dryer was purchased as a wedding gift and this is how they were treated.

    Horrible customer service and product! The "open-box" product was supposed to have "cosmetic" damage that doesn't affect performance, but the actual frame is bent and the drum rubs loudly on the outside wall. You can actually see the wall moving!!! Best Buy did not inspect this "open-box" at all. Tried calling Geek Squad and the only help is that they will pick it up and refund me or make me pay the difference for a new one. They didn't even offer to meet half way! I am now waiting on a supervisor to call me back in the next 24-48 hours. I can't believe after all these years and this many purchases this is the service and products they offer. VERY DISSAPOINTED!

    Broke down in less than a year. Bought the Geek Squad Protection Plan and they push my problem off to Samsung. So I had to talk to a nice man that spoke English so broken you could only understand a few words here and there. If you ask me, pick a different brand and a different store.

    I’ve had this dryer for 1yr & 5 months(THE WARRANTY OF COURSE WAS FOR 1YR)- the motor has gone out on it already.. I had someone to come out and look at it - they estimated that to replace the motor it will cost me 0ver $400.. BAD SITUATION - I’ve already paid over $1000 for this dryer and a washer……

    This is the absolute worst dryer I have ever owned in my entire life. My previous dryer, which had a broken heat coil, worked better in tumble dry settings than this hunk of junk. The “sensor” dry doesn’t even function properly and it shuts off after a few minutes of being on with the clothes inside still being soaked. I feel cheated by both companies. Thanks for nothing!

    Dryer was fine at first but less than 2 years old and it stopped working. It will power on but won't tumble. For almost $700.00, I think it should last longer than that.

    condensation problem in the vent line

    This particular model causes condensation inside. My vents are completely dry and no leak coming from anywhere. I live in FL so the condensation is is not an issue. I was using another Samsung model and never had anything like this. It took me slightly more than two weeks to understand that the for some reason the dries causes this issue, and unfortunately missed the return period of two weeks. I would not recommend this model. I wonder if there is anybody having a similar problem with this model.

    Don’t walk, run away from this dryer

    One year later and it is broken already. I purchased the geek squad protection and this is the worst headache of my life. You have to wait a week for an appointment and then they come out and not fix the issue and close the ticket. This is the worst dryer I ever had. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

    I would give this zero stars really, it’s horrible. It takes literally 2 hours to dry a small load. At first I thought it took so long because the loads were too big. Now it can’t be returned. I WILL NEVER BUY SAMSUNG AGAIN! the washer damages clothes and the dryer won’t dry. What a waste of money

    The dryer sucks. Had it for a year and a half. It completely went out. Supposedly it was a heating coil. Also, seems to be something wrong with the moisture sensor and panel. The “check filter” light and the “cooling” lights never go out when the dryer is on. Geek squad “fixed” it with another coil. But the panel problem and moisture sensor problems remain. I truly regret this purchase.
