    Big capacity, poor spin

    It has great capacity but if balanced loads are hard for it. Maybe because the size is so big, the loads are easy to get off center and on spinning it bangs into itself. It has a function that tries to fix the balancing but doesn’t work so well. Takes a lot of time to fix because the lid locks, manually rebalance, then five minutes to see where the balance is bad and try again.

    I was excited when I purchased this dryer because it matched my samsung washer. But for some reason the dryer would not get hot to dry my clothes so I had exchange it for another model dryer. I would say buy at your own risk with this dryer.

    Lasted two years. Motor dead. Anyone need scrap dryer parts. I duly swear to never buy a samsung appliance again. Oh the $1400 samsung washer was scrap also. Horrible experiences.

    Died on 13th month. Luckily I bought the 5 year warranty b/c new appliances are garbage. Downside is you only get one replacement with the warranty, then you have to buy a new warranty. They replaced the unit instead of fixing it.

    Very disappointed. After having the dryer for a little over a year the heating element broke last night. My whirlpool dryer before this one never went out and I had it over 12 years. I should've bought another whirlpool.

    Last appliance from Best Buy.

    This review is about the delivery and installation. Best Buy sent the worst appliance installers we have ever encountered. They were sloppy and rushed and left the dryer door facing the wrong way.

    Doesn’t heat! On 3rd dryer!

    Bought this to replace our previous 10 year old Samsung. Delivered and set up but never heated during cycle so clothes never dried. Replaced FINALLY 2 weeks later and that one did the same thing within one week! So we have our 3rd one coming this week and hope it works. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

    Don’t recommend buying this spent 1100 on washer and dryer together don’t come with a hose for the washer doesn’t come with a power cord for the dryer. Could have bought a cheaper one that included hoes and power cord.

    The delivery guy was supposed to install it and they didn’t also they were supposed to call me 30 minutes before and they called 10 minutes and hassled me on the phone and almost left dryer in my driveway
