Takes hours to dry!

Delivery was awesome and luckily they were able to bring it downstairs.. from the very first cycle, it took hours. I thought it was me (it’s brand new, right?). I called and no one can do a service call and new one won’t be available until July. So I’m stuck with a dryer that takes 5-8 hours to dry one load.

It took until the third machine to get things right. I finally have a machine (Maytag) that works properly.Very frustrating as I actually had to hang my clothes around the house to dry both times. I was not happy at all! This same thing happened to my friend, it took her three times to get things right for her too!

If you're like me, you want your clothes dryer to do one thing, and do it well: Dry your clothes. Unfortunately, this machine doesn't do that very well...especially in any mode other than high-heat, 80 minutes (which is the maximum). And even then, you'll need to run EVERYTHING through that cycle TWICE. Regardless of the size of the load. I shoulda stuck with Kenmore!
