The dryer seems to knot clothing and sheets up a lot more than other dryers I’ve had so things stay wet longer and need to be straighten and dried longer.

Stay away from Samsung dryers and definitely dont buy one from best buy. I purchased one in feb.and paid for installation. I called 4 days after purchase and let them know tbe dryer takes 4 to 5 times if restarting tge dryer to dry the othes all the way. Ive tried different cycles different size loads and the same thing. When i called best buy to ket them know the issues and told them the first lady was nice and said ok we can exchange it for another dryer when i told her i dont want another samsung (since all its doing is running up my bill) she said ok to decide what dryer i would like ti replace it with and they would have a note to call me back in 24 hours to put in the exchange. 24 hours later no call back. I called them back days later and i got a rude unhelpful man. Fast foward called back again and now im told i have to return through samsung since the time has passed 15 days of purchase. I will NOT but from best buy anymore and i would not recommend them or this dryer to anyone. Now im out money and will have high gas bills just to use it. Very disappointed with the customer service of best buy.
