After running a cycle, the clothes are still slightly damp. I have tried all the settings and this still happens. If this is supposed to be an energy efficient dryer, I don’t understand why I have to run the cycle again to completely dry my clothes. This defeats the purpose of this being energy efficient because it still costs me more on my energy bill. I am used to dry clothes on one full cycle and am very dissatisfied. I should have read the reviews before purchasing and hope that after the second service person comes out, they can fix this. If not, I will be exchanging both for a different brand.
