Dryer was as advertised. Only problem was switching the door to swing from the other side. The screws would not loosen. Someone must have used loctite when they put it together.

Works well, but takes a bit longer to dry than my previous dryer. Additionally, you can't select your own time, it's only pre-configured times.

Very good dryer, our only complaint being that you can't turn off the warning chimes (or even lower the volume), which is why we gave it 4 out of 5 stars. In our opinion, the settings should be more personalize-able...

Hmmmm...where to start? I replaced my 10-year-old LG washer and dryer with these. Here are the issues 1) no light inside the dryer. Who does this? 2) The auto dry "sensing" does not work. If you have a load in and there's a sock that's dry, the cycle stops. VERY FRUSTRATING! 3) The song that plays when it's done goes on forever! Advice? Do your homework before buying this!

Exceptional Customer Service & an excellent buying experience. Purchased a side-by-side Samsung Washer & Dryer and a Fridge. Was in & out of the Store in 15mins. Merchandise delivered & connected two days later. Awesome!

Great dryer but the connection to gas is larger than the old hose meaning connecting a new gas hose wouldn’t fit the gas pipe was a pain

I don't love this dryer. I bought it as a companion to the washing machine which I do love. I thought that it would be as awesome as the washer; nope. It takes a long time to dry the clothes. With my old dryer I could throw a wrinkled shirt in to avoid ironing; can't do that with this dryer. The load capacity on the washer is a lot, but if you try to put the load from the washer into the dryer, it won't dry. It normally takes me about two hours to dry the towels. Ridiculous! I wish that I could return it, but I feel stuck with something I just don't like at all.

Guys came to deliver and install and they couldn’t do to my piping setup they still explain everything and made me understand the risks if they were to install Fernando was great and so nice.

Does not dry as it should and takes longer than one cycle to dry a full load of clothes. Other than that works as a dryer but could be a bit better

Open box item pricing was unbeatable. Delivery and installation as scheduled and efficient. Only issue is still trying to get a manual, but it's available online.

I'm guessing most people that are positively reviewing this drier haven't had it for very long because after less than two years and very moderate drier usage (I'm a single person household) this drier is broken. The drier was specifically installed by Best Buy so I don't believe this has to do with poor installation or maintence on the drier as I routine maintain the drier. It is very frustrating that this is the quality of appliances these days. Starts to feel like a scam. Especially when Best Buy's only solution is for you to purachase another product from them or for you to pay their technicians to come out.

The gentlemen that came out were very pleasant and timely. They came out to correct a mistake by the previous delivery driver. Thanks for knowing what to do and taking care of the issue promptly.

I like this new gas dryer. Has many options that my old dryer did not have. There are many settings to choose from. I would recommend.

Great purchase I like this much better than the front loading because the front loading ones have a bad smell after a couple of washes this Machine work so much better to me

Horrible, how have any of you rated this high? 1:20 for a medium load of towels on high. Nice/casual clothes 1:20 on medium heat, and the worst the lint trap is open faced towards the tubing chute, in other words, even if you clean it every dry (which I do, sometimes half way through new towels or clothes) lint slips through that can start fires. I've never had a trap that doesn't enclose it , and as long as you don't ignore it, your system stays safe. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PIECE OF CRAP. Oh and my gas bill skyrocketed because of how long it takes to dry items!

I would give this zero stars if I could. The sensor has no idea when the clothes are dry or even close to dry and it shuts the dryer off leaving you with very damp clothes. I tried every combination of cycles and the only thing that would work was the times dry set to 60 min. It won’t let you set it for more than 60 min so if that’s not enough time you need to go out and start it all over again. I disliked this dryer so much I sent it back and got a different one even though it meant I didn’t have the matching set any more. Do yourself a favor and skip this one. Pretty to look at and that’s about it!
