However my dryer is not drying my clothes fully. Put a load of towels on high heat and extra dry setting they were still wet after like an 80 minutes. I'm not sure if my dryer is messed up or if its normal with these dryers. Not sure if best buy can troubleshoot it for me.

Also there is no light inside of the dryer and it’s very dark inside, you definitely need a light to see all items in dryer.

We realize how important to manually set the time of the dryer to make sure that everything is already dry. Let us assist you.
This dryer has a sensor dry which senses the internal humidity to determine the drying time and automatically stops when the load reaches the dryness level.
You can also manually adjust the cycle time depending on the selected cycles. Please see the model's user manual link for the steps and more information about sensor dry and manual dry on pages 38-40.
