    I like the design and the features however I have only owned my dryer for 7 months and it's making a loud noise when you start it up.

    Hmmmm...where to start? I replaced my 10-year-old LG washer and dryer with these. Here are the issues 1) no light inside the dryer. Who does this? 2) The auto dry "sensing" does not work. If you have a load in and there's a sock that's dry, the cycle stops. VERY FRUSTRATING! 3) The song that plays when it's done goes on forever! Advice? Do your homework before buying this!

    Dries quick but clothes come out wrinkled and the lint filter is very hard to clean plus the lint gets stuck in the duct .

    Only had the dryer for 2 years and having to replace. It stopped drying the clothes. Still has heat. Called service out on it who charged over $300 to replace a part that still doesn’t work. Says it’s the control panel and not worth replacing due to cost. Honestly should’ve returned after the first few months of not drying properly but figured just too large of loads. Moisture sensor dry runs for hours on end before shutting off with damp clothing. Strong caution if you are vonsidering this item

    Honestly? We returned it. It took too long to dry the clothes. Bought a SpeedQueen, which takes half the time the Samsung did.

And I want to apologize if it doesn't dry all your clothes properly. If your dryer is heating but the clothes are still damp, your vent is probably blocked. If your dryer has weak heat and runs for a long time, that could also be a blocked vent.     Drum Cracked in a year

    At first I loved this dryer, I bought this dryer last year and the drum is cracked and it is unusable now. Very disappointed as no appliance should fail within a year timeframe, complete waste of money :( Apparently, this is a known issue with Samsung dryers and they leave the customers to upfront the cost for repair which is most of the time too expensive to repair and you might as well buy a new dryer. Of course the warranty ended in march and I am still making payments on this appliance. Overall this is so disappointing, my first appliance purchase for my new house, then this happens :(

    Bought this product 11 months ago. After couple of months, it stopped drying cloths. I tried each setting, thinking maybe I was not drying cloths on high temperature and still none of my clothes dried after even 2 or more cycle of drying.

    Noisy, vibration, onlyvseems to have set time and I can't adjust it. Lower price after my purchase and Best Buy would not honor. Rude Customer Service. Also never received my $100 perk for my original purchase. Disappointing for sure! Have purchased major appliances from BB but time to rethink and shop elsewhere as I am soon remodeling my kitchen and will replace 5 major appliances.

    I have been having issues with both dryer and washing machine. We called multiple times and has someone come out to tell us we should get a different machine. I called back again and set an appointment for someone else to come fix them but he was a no show. So now we have to go through Samsung for the repairs. Im not happy because we just purchased them less then a month ago.
