Getting customer service at other places seem tough but at Best Buy employees were eager to help us answered all our questions and if they didn’t know they would go find the answer. The price was in our budget. most of all the delivery service was easy and came in earlier than expected.

3 years use for $750?

Called a tech, said it would almost be as much to fix as buy a new one. 3 years use for $750? I love Samsung but won't ever buy a dryer from them again. Going back to the tried and true washer/dryer makers.

If your dryer ends after only a couple of minutes with soaking wet clothes, your moisture sensors could be dirty.
