We’ve had to reduce the size of our laundry load by half just to have the clothes get dry in a single cycle, even then it takes multiple rounds before the clothes will be dry. If you have a family of 3 or more and consistently have loads of laundry to do, this dryer is not for you. It has such poor performance that we need to look into buying yet a second dryer in less than a year.
