This is a good washer with many settings, large capacity,efficient in cleaning clothes , easy to use

The linen is hard to get out of the screen other then that dryer works amazing so far

This is a good product for a family. It drys fast, is nice looking and easy to use. We dry a lot of laundry and have found it useful.

I am use to having to turn my old dryer on a couple of times to get them thoroughly dry. It doesn't matter what I have in this one, everything is dry when it plays that pleasant song for me. The perm press cycle is right on the money. My items are dry when it stops, not so hot that they wrinkle or too hot to touch comfortably, just dry.

seems to dry quickly, large capacity, haven't hooked up the steam function yet. Would like to tumble without heat.

I really like my new Samsung dryer. It has a steam setting and my favorite thing is that it fluffs the clothes periodically if I don't take them out right away. The clothes come out with out being wrinkled. I also like the light inside, very helpful.

It really does the job, drys fast, keeps clothes without wrinkles. Has different levels of drying, clothes, it's by far the bewt dryer for the price. Will defenetlly recomend this product to my friends, and will defenetly be om the look out for the washer. This was my best black Friday buy.

Thsi dryer was a huge upgrade for us and I am amazed at how quickly it dries a load of laundry. I love the way my clothes smell and how the fresh scent of my laundry sheets lingers for days on our clothes. We are a family of 5 so this machine runs at least 1 load per day so time is important!!

I knew I can always count on Samsung Electronics. It is a great product and very happy with how my laundries turn out, wrinkle free and almost no noise when its on drying cycle. Price was even better for me during the Black Friday sale. Two thumbs up!

This is a great dryer. Very quiet and dries everything very well.

I love this dryer! It dries everything, never a wrinkle! It plays you a song when you open the door at the end of the drying cycle and it shuts itself off when you close the door. So easy to use my 3 year old can work this thing!

Great dryer I also bought the matching washer great deal on both love them both only thing I don't care for is the end of signal sound that it plays it is very annoying but gets my attention.

This dryer is very quiet and has easy to control settings. So glad I chose this brand and style of dryer. One negative is that the end of cycle signal is sometimes hard to hear.

Had 3 months. Dryer computer board not working properly. Does not play music untill door is opened...i.e.no indication dryer has finished drying on computer board (END) and does not play music when dryer stops. Also vibrates. Will call for service. Hopefully they can fix it.

Dryer is very energy-efficient. I was expecting the energy bill to increase quite a bit but was pleasantly surprised how cheap it is to run this machine.

Samsung has put this product on the market with a defective weld on the dryer drum. They will not admit it and will not back it up. Customer Service would not grant a one time warranty extension for this "known defect". The crack in the drum snags and ruins clothing. Samsung sent out a repair technician who immediately diagnosed the problem as this was the third cracked drum of the day and he averages 10 per month. The customer service manager, Calvin, argued with the technician and refused to acknowledge the defect. He stated that his policies were more important than customers needs. The moisture sensors also do not work. The clothes are not dry after the cycle. we have to use time dry. I will never buy another Samsung appliance
