I used the steam feature and I'm not sure if it is effective as it did not seem to get the wrinkles out of my clothes. Also, sometimes I have to dry my clothes twice to get them completely dry. It may be that I had too many clothes in there at one time or maybe I selected the wrong drying cycle for the type of clothes I was drying. Other than that, it seems to be a decent dryer with nice features.
