Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sometimes if we put the dryer on normal it’ll end up going for hours, we’ll stop it after an hour or two and the clothes will be burning hot but the dryer will still say it needs another hour to dry. Be careful and keep an eye on it. Otherwise, it works well! The steam setting is great.
