Because of the HE element of this dryer, you might need to hit repeat on the dry cycle to get everything REALLY dry.

Holds lots of clothes or blankets and drys well. I don't like the lint screen, it is awkward to clean.

Sensor dry works just right. Settings allow a lot of custom cycles. Didn't realize it has steam setting - haven't tried that setting yet.

Works great just like its supposed to, adjusts for different load sizes. I like that it will tumble every few minutes after a load is done to keep the clothes from getting wrinkled.

Highly recommend this dryer it dries fast and can hold any amount of laundry just the same

Haven't figured out steam cycles as the don't steam or dry items in the 2 wrinkle settings time to call BB

I spent a lot of time researching dryers and went to several different stores. I was pleased with the price and help from the sales person, but even more impressed with the dryer.

Dries quickly! Almost too well, had to lower settings since it dries so well, but other than a few shrunk clothes (because I didn't realize how well it would work), it dries quick and wrinkle free so save lots of time. Huge inside makes drying blankets and comforters easy as well!

Easy to set up, steaming feature is awesome. My kids love the song it plays when the dryer is done.

Just started using the Samsung - 7.4 Cu. Ft. 11-Cycle Electric Dryer with Steam - White and love it. Like all the extra cycles this has over some of the other dryer's.

The equipment is generally fine but delivery and install was terrible. Equipment was missing parts, didn't have the right parts to complete the installation, tracked black grease onto our light colored carpet with no offer to get it cleaned up. I had to finish install myself and correct several problems left by Best Buy staff. I'll pick up at store and install myself if I ever buy from Best Buy in the future.

Fiancé and I bought the matching washer and dryer set and we couldn't be more happy with the set! They're beautiful and they do the job. I would buy more Samsung products.

Purchased this dryer as a replacement for an older whirlpool dryer that we had for 18 years. So far it seems to be working great! Clothes dry quickly and thoroughly.

I like the depth/size of the washer, we can wash more clothes with less loads. It's definitely more efficient & doesn't take up more space for a bigger washer & dryer.
