Love the Wrinkle Prevent feature when I can't get to the dryer as soon as it stops. Also, it takes a lot less time to dry my clothes than my previous dryer did.

This dryer is such a huge improvement from my last one! It has a variety of settings, including a steam setting for getting wrinkles out of clothes. I love it!

This is a great dryer. The steam feature is great at disinfecting and getting rid of wrinkles. I didn't think I would use the steam feature at first until we tried it on some cleaning wash clothes-- helped get rid of any type of chemical smells. The dryer in general works really well with a moisture sensor that adjusts the dry time as needed. I highly recommend this to anyone.

Our dryer died and we needed a new one so I went to Best Buy. We didn't need anything fancy; just a basic, easy to use dryer. After comparing a couple, we decided on the Samsung as it came equipped with the steam function which would be a nice feature for dress clothes. After a month of use, it's been dependable and I like the pre-set time functions when choosing the temperature settings.

Works well, plenty of cycle options (still many more than any one needs). Cleaning the lint trap is a bit harder than some (easier than others). Dries well.

This appliance is easy to use, has lots of features. Having the steam option is great!

This washer works great. It was very easy to setup, and has a lot of settings to choose from. I would recommend it.

I wasn't really in the market for a new clothes dryer, but Best Buy's recent appliance sale saved me an additional $200 if I bought the washer/dryer pair instead of just the washer. That meant that I could buy both units for slightly more than the list price of the washer alone -- what could I do? The dryer is quiet and seems to be efficient. The new washer spins the clothes pretty dry, so I don't think the dryer has to work as hard as my old unit did. The clothes that come out of the dryer are dry, but not hot like they used to be when they came out of the old unit -- it's a strange sensation and, at fist, I thought maybe they weren't getting dry. But, upon further inspection, the articles are dry. I'm hoping this means I'm using less electricity. Time, and the electric bill, will tell the true tale. So far I'm very pleased with the dryer and I hope some day I can find a use for all the options it has.

What can I say this is a very nice dryer, I like the features that it has and could not be happier. I haven't used the steam cycle, so I can't comment on it.

I done a lot of homework and window shopping before making this purchase. Couldn't be happier with this machine!

My kids really love this electric dryer and I love it too. Great machine. With this machine you don't have to iron much. I like the wrinkle free button.

Yes, the steam function requires a water line into the unit. Makes sense. Until on day 5 after the 1 year warranty, it starts to leak from somewhere internal and dripping directly underneath the unit. I double checked the leak was not from the washer next to it and ruling out hoses and connectors. After chats and calls to several places regarding the warranty, I came away with understanding that I have a piece of garbage in my laundry room that costs more to repair than to buy another unit on sale right now (not Samsung this time). My last dryer, a Maytag, lasted 25 years. And it was still running ... it just looked aged. I am not a happy camper about this. I asked if I could simply cap off the water line input and continue using it without the steam option (which honestly I never noticed any difference), but I could not get any coherent response. I am going to try that first, but if it doesn't work correctly, I will throw it away and get a low tech dryer next. I am pretty sure it won't have a water leak.

This dryer definitely dries our laundry. It is large and fairly quiet.

The drier works great and sings me a tune when its done. Has a lot of options that I haven't used yet but will in time. Only had for a little over a month.

Expensive look for a fraction of the cost. I love it.

Worth the money investing into a good brand, and updating any old appliances. Can’t go wrong with a Samsung product. Happy customer.
