Works great no issues, quiet and you can do so much laundry at one time

I love the large capacity dryer and I am excited to try out the steam feature.

Love my new dryer. I had a Samsung dryer with steam before and liked it and so replaced it with this one. The old one lasted 9 yrs so hopefully this one will last that long too. This one has a huge drum so lots of clothes have room to dry. Even dried a sleeping bag and blanket with no problem. It does a great job. Best Buy's installers were awesome.

Switched from an expensive LG dryer that never seemed to dry completely. We were always having to set the timer manually. This one works just fine.

The dryer completed 3 loads of laundry successfully. Since the machine we were replacing was from the 1970's and had just stopped working last week, I didn't feel that 3 loads was a long enough lifespan for this particular piece of equipment. I did the calculation, and it would have cost a similar amount to throw away my laundry I felt that spending over $100 per load of laundry dried was too high. I decided to return it. Usually the samsung appliances I purchase fail a week or so after the warranty is up. This one must have been programmed to self destruct a bit too soon. The upside: My wife and I got to spend some extra time in the truck together driving back and forth to Best Buy. We also got some extra exercise from getting to move and install a dryer not once, but twice. Needless to say, we bought a different model after returning this one. The Best Buy employees were very helpful.

I have overall been pleased with this dryer; however, I've noticed if you use the steam setting to get the wrinkles out of dry clothes, they come out very damp and need to be hung to dry.

Never thought I'd say that about a dryer but, wow what a great dryer! I love the options and the ease of each of the settings. It's even easy to clean the lint catcher. We've had an old dryer in the past and this has been such a wonderful improvement for our family. Very happy with our purchase.

Its work really good and when is working didnt make any sound

I love this dryer. My favorite part about the dryer is the sounds it makes when the load is done. It's not your typical loud annoying beeper sound but instead, it's a calm and relaxing sound that reminds me of the ice cream truck driving down the street, but the dryer sounds much more pleasant. It dries the clothes very well and I love it so far.

We actually bought this for our son and his family. It was priced extremely well, (Black Friday) But most importantly, it had the Samsung name

First off I love the steam feature. I hate ironing but have to in my job field every morning. With the wrinkle release feature there is no worry about ironing, just throw the clothes in the dryer for 20 minutes and tada wrinkle free. The only draw back I've seen so far is the buttons. They are very ackward and feel very strange when pushed but that's just a bit of nitpicking by me...
