While I've only used the steam feature a few times it's great for shoes. It takes the smell out and gets them a bit cleaner. It's very quiet and spacious.

Have not had any issues with the new dryer and runs well

Very high tech Samsung Steam Dryer. Love it. Never enjoyed ironing cloths, well, this machine has minimized my ironing down by approximately 75 to 80% & clothes just look newer since using this steam dryer. I was able to get this speciality dryer for about $400 off due to a 4th of July sale. Keep your eye out, Best Buy has amazing utility sales, trust me. Best Buy delivered and installed the very next day. No problem installing regardless of the fact that had to created an additional water supply just for the for the dryer, due to steam cleaning features.

This dryer is awesome. It holds so much clothes. The clothes always come out dry. I don't have enough words do describe it. I just love it so much.

Love the size of this dryer. All the multiple selections make doing laundry quick and easy. I actually enjoy doing laundry for the first time ever.

This washer and dryer have been perfect. They are just the right size for our laundry room and they work very efficiently. Great buy at a great price!

Dryer seems fine but, for the price, I would expect the heat sensor to better recognize when my clothes are dry to prevent over drying. Also, I had one damp shirt I was trying to dry and the dryer kept turning off. I don’t know if this is the sensor and the dryers inability to recognize only one article of clothing?

The size of these are huge, we were looking at some front loaders but we decided to go with these instead. They are awesome with so many features its unbelievable!

This dryer is great! It holds a lot and has plenty of features. The refresh cycle is a game changer when I need to do more than just get wrinkles out.

This washing machine is so quiet, I wasnt sure it was working at first. Easy to use and straightforward. I only use the presets and dont adjust anything else.

Its funny the little things that make life so much better. I had an appointment and my outfit was wrinkled. I used the steam feature and in less than 10 minutes It was wrinkle free, It was truly amazing. I also like the light inside the machine. I can see everything inside clearly. Finally, I have never seen my sheets so fluffy. I didn't even know that was possible! This is the best dryer I have ever had.

This is a very good dryer and I certainly don’t regret buying it for the price but I must say it does have a bit of a learning curve. It’s not rocket science per say but it takes a couple of tries to figure out what settings to use to get your closures dried the way you want to.

This dryer fits a ton of stuff in it but when you use a basket of the same size to remove the items, the door hits the basket. I guess that means you have to open the door first and then put the basket down. This is kind of a pain since I store the baskets in front of the dryer

This dryer has multiple setting that should cover all your needs and the size and efficiency are great.
