My husband Really liked this dryer in the store however when we got it delivered is was very difficult to figure out, it was a big learning curve for my husband he almost returned it. But after watching some YouTube videos he learned how to adjust the settings and it works. What more can I say I needed a dryer.

Great price for basic needs, but when washing bedding.... the companion washer took forever and then this dryer had to run FOUR CYCLES to get anywhere near dry. So frustrating.

Gets clothes clean. Then gets them dry. Silly song

Having trouble with drying time. May have to call for service.

It takes a little longer than my previous dryer to dry but I am still getting familiar with the settings. Nice looking machine and I also bought the Samsung Washer.. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase. I am tall so the higher top is nice to fold clothes on.

This dryer takes a little longer to dry then I would like, but its because the ECO Dry is turned on by default. You can turn it off but I have just left it on, no issues with drying at all, clothes come out perfect!

Dryer works well enough. It does however need to be manually set, to get cloths completely dry most of the time. The electronic system will turn dryer off when it thinks everything is dry. It matches the washer.

The Samsung washer and dryer are excellent. Steam and refresh functions on dryer are terrific. I expect big water usage improvement from the new washer, also. Top loads rock! Wish I had known to request dryer door orientation,though.

Nice dryer, however, the “steam” functions are crap. Just get the next model down without steam, buy a spray water bottle, spray clothes you want to “steam” and put it on high for 20 minutes. That is all this dryer does with “steam”

Looked at many options at Best Buy as well as Lowes and happy with decision to purchase these items at Best Buy. Good deal, rebate available, quick delivery and professional installation.

Overall really like this dryer. Super quiet and really does a nice job getting the clothes dry. Still need to figure out some of the more advanced settings, but well worth the upgrade!

Very easy to operate.Extremely quiet!So quiet I sometimes forget I'm even drying anything until the cool little musical chime reminds me that my clothes are done.Definately Recommend this Dryer!

Had to sell this product too due to moving out of state, but it is will working effectively with the friend I sold them too. I’m a big fan of the front load so.

I really like the dryer but I don’t like that sometimes the clothes stays little damp and the dryer won’t keep drying it because it senses that’s it’s alredy dry so it turns off. Over all I like it.

My expectations were low because it’s just a dryer. This dry does a lot and has many features. Specifically I thought that the steam feature was useless. I’m using all of the features all of the time.

I purchased this product along with the washer, because I wanted a top loader machine. I must say, I am very please with the performance so far. I would recommend this product

Great dryer,price and customer service.only complaint is the manufacturer needs to put operation manual with dryer.had to download it and what a pain in the rear it was.

Every electronic device in my house is Samsung, so, when our dryer went down, it was a no brainer. This is the best dryer we've ever had. Works like a charm.

It is pretty to look at and has lots of good functions. Best Buy didn't have a conversion kit from natural gas to propane. I had to find this online and install myself was a real pain.
