My first thing to purchase was a TV, I assumed that all Samsung products were excellent, I was wrong. Had to return it. Best Buy was fabulous, retuned and a different brand within a few days.

In under a year I required warranty service. WORST provider ever. "Service Quick" was rude, took a week to get me on the schedule & then could only narrow down to a 4 hour window ... which they didn't give me until 9:30 am the day of my repair. Between 10 & 2. Required an entire day off work. Will never purchase another Samsung product if this is the way they back up their name.

Clothes dried faster air drying

Even when I used time dry instead of sensor dry, it took hours for even the smallest of loads. I read quite a few reviews with the same problem. I ended up drying for an hour, then letting the clothes air dry for the rest, but what's the point of having a dryer? Best buy scheduled to have a replacement here today because they are sure it was just a defective dryer. It is 4:30pm. My appointment time was 10am - 1pm. They still are not here.

Long cycles

Turn the dryer on and set the dial several times for the same load. After a few times it shuts off and the items aren't dry. Would not recommend

Checked vent with machine diagnostics and visually, no problem. It takes literally three hours to dry three towels. Plays a pretty tune when not done. My son says it likes to sing, not dry. Maybe they should spend more time on the important stuff. Stay away.

Secondly, when using the steam refresh feature, the clothes are soaking wet! Very disappointed. Best Buy was great helping us exchange this machine for another one.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent unit, the only time i have issues is when the washload has an excess of doghair (IE: his towels, bedding, etc) The solution is just to run a 20 minute cycle, clean the lint trap (which is usually full by this point) and continue as normal. The steam cycles are VERY useful, my wife is a nurse and needs the sanitize options for her scrubs; and the 'refresh' option is a great 15 minute de-wrinkle cycle perfect for shirts
