Cons: Doesn't dry clothes. Gets lukewarm even when not on EcoSave and takes 3 hours to get clothes "almost" dry. Couldn't be less satisfied.

Considering it was a brand-new dryer, this type of quality is unacceptable from a supposedly reputable corporation. Additionally, I believe Samsung knows these motors are defective as they have discontinued their production, even though this a fairly new dryer, yet, they have not released any official notices regarding their poor quality. Finally, based on my research, I believe Samsung does not directly sell parts to consumers, rather, they use authorized sellers. This makes repairs you undertake less reliable because it leaves consumers searching for OEM “like” parts, which are of questionable quality at times. Overall, I suggest you avoid Samsung when it comes to your appliance needs. Their phones are great though lol

This dryer only lasted 2.5 years and it's making a painfully loud screeching noise, either the belt or rollers. Also bought a high end Samsung microwave (for our new construction house) and it only lasted 2 years. Not sure if I have bad luck, but I can not recommend Samsung appliances. TV's and phones, yes, but nothing else. If you do, buy the warranty!

Samsung needs to step it up on their dryers because they really are a complete waste of money and energy. I can not believe I bought this dryer do not buy beware . I don’t know how it has 4 and a half starts it should have 1 , 0 if it was possible so ridiculous .

TERRBILE DOES NOT DRY
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this dryer less than a month ago and did not plug it in until a week and a half ago, it does not dry, i put on the max settings which is for an hour and 16 minutes and ran it twice and still leaves the clothes damp. DO NOT BUY.
