It could be user error, but I haven’t fully been able to get the Steam functions to work properly. Instead of coming out with no wrinkles when using the “Wrinkle Away” setting, my clothes come out dripping wet. We also haven’t been able to adjust the temperature and time on some of the settings like we originally thought. Overall though, we love our new dryer and it’s smart features.

Even after going thru a horrible experience with a certain "Home" store, I came back to Best Buy and purchased my dream washer and dryer at lower, better price with the extended warranty plan and home installation. Install was completed a few days later and my family and I could not be happier. Thanks!
