Great washer and dryer set

I did pay for install on my gas dryer but when they brought it in was told they could not do it because I needed an adapter. Upon looking myself, I discovered that all they had to do was disconnect old and put new line that I purchased with dryer. Very poor customer support by installers. Great product though.
