Great dryer, not sure on the steam cycle though

I have not had much luck using the steam cycle. Been trying it with a single piece of clothing to get the wrinkles out and after the 20, 30 minutes the clothing piece is still pretty wet. It probably works better if you use multiple pieces at a time so there is more material to absorb the water.
