Would be great if I had a water hook up but washer and dryer are not next to each other in my house. Did not know it had the steam function when in the store. May use in the future.

This dryer runs smooth and quiet. I like the way it illuminates when the door opens. This dryer is a class act!! Looking forward to exploring the other features like steam drying.

Very user-friendly and I really like how easy it was to use. A lot of different options and weird music but you get used to it and settings can be changed.

I really impressed how the dryer works. I press delicate option and the load gets completely dry. Same with the other options. My old dryer never did worked that well.

This dryer worlds really well in a fast manner. If you have a family of 5 washing couple times a day this dryer will keep the time low and the clothes dry!! Great machine

Great look with the matching Washer. Beyond that I really enjoy having the steam option. This time I went with the electric version and it is very efficient and quiet!

I have only had this dryer for a short time but so far I love it. It is huge and big enough to dry all my big blankets. It also has a bedding cycle so they come out dry.

There is a hook up for water because the dryer has a steam function. Its a nice feature, but remember to buy the hose you'll need for installation.

This dryer works above expectation and holds plenty of items for less time spent drying and doing laundry. Be careful with the Steam Cycle!

At the time, in 2016, I purchased both the matching top loading washer and steam dryer. Washer had many problems, and was recalled, Samsung was proactive in disclosing (I was 90% refunded and bought another Samsung washer). This dryer has given me no problems. User friendly and straight forward. As with any other dryer it's important to keep the lint trap clean...after every dry. Every appliance I own (refrgerator, tvs, stove and microwave) is Samsung! In spite of the washer recall, I am devoted to this brand!

You know you're an adult when you get excited for new appliances! This dryer is amazing, it's quiet, energy efficient, quick cycles with thorough drying!

Truly love all the options and how quiet it runs. It even has a light inside which I like. Everything dries nicely and OMG the wrinkle out process is amazing.

This thing is a beast and has some great features. Make sure you check your setup in your home and order one where the door opens away from your washer!

Large capacity. Easy to use. Only downside is the depth of the washer. It can be a long reach to remove all the items at the bottom.

The dryer is working perfectly so far. We have had for month so you would hope it would be working great. Best Buy's price was the lowest by far!

This was a great buy. Works great and we've been very happy with it. As long as you take care of it in the way the manufacturer says they work great.

When I bought the dryer, the salesperson said I needed a pipe for connection. I was shocked at the circumference of the pipe. I read & measured because friends said washers & dryers are larger & if you are installing it a closed space, the measurements must be large enough to handle it. I did was not prepared for 5 more inches added to depth. I measured several times before I bought it but it was such a tight fit I had to get new doors. Would recommend the dryer if they knew about the dryervfent

I love this dryer, Samsung really did a great job on this. The features, the look, the flawless performance. Makes to laundry fun, easy, and fast.

Have been using the dryer daily and it has t given Me any problems.... Has been able to handle heavy loads and keep them completely dry.

Normal setting doesn't dry the whole clothes. Steamer setting get pretty wet. Still learning to operate the machine well
