How many of you start a load, only to forget and then think. . Awww . (shucks) what am I gonna do now? rewash?? iron?? well that used to be our household. Now. . It's either steam refresh (yayyyyyyy no more Sunday morning ironing marathons) or wrinkle release. and wha laaaa hang and put the clothes away. Go do something else other than slaving over an iron.

Samsung was recommended by several friends and coworkers. When we purchased the dryer we also purchased the matching washer. Both products are fabulous, we have had ZERO ISSUES and with 5 kids, use them all the time. Just be aware that if you use the steam cycle you have to let it run the full displayed time, or the clothes will be damp.

This dryer is huge u can dry like 2 or 3 loads at one time.

Installation went alright. They cut the dryer tubes a bit shorter than I'd like them to. Dryers themselves work great. Has a slight buzzing sound that might be annoying to those who are super sensitive to sound. Also, low heat is super low heat. Not used to it, will have to adjust accordingly to new dryers.

I purchased the Samsung dryer and had it delivered. My old dryer worked fine but I wanted a match to my washer. The dryer was delivered and installed and when it was powered up the drum would not turn. The installers from Best Buy them removed the dryer and went to do another install and stated they would bring me the display model from the store until they could get a new one in, possibly a week later. They returned a couple of hours later with an LG dryer. I could have kept my old one which worked just fine until the new on e was delivered. I now have to sit at home on another day and wait for a new dryer. I understand that Best Buy did not make the dryer and this is in no way a jab at them. I would have expected more from a Samsung product. It costs more than other dryers and I would expect the quality to be there but I guess not this time

Seems to work well. Had it less than a month. Again, this model is ours by default because the other 2 sets I picked out weren't available for several months. Has a lot of features my higher end brand had. Steam feature for example...which I ever used in my previous dryer that I had for 3 years.
