I don't Think Samsung is ready for dryers stick to the name brands

I like the flexibility of control options, however I'm not happy that sometimes I cannot changs the heat setting. Thought I would love the steam option, but it really makes the clothes wet and then uses high heat to dry them. I try to not use a lot of heat on my clothes

Overall a good dryer for the cost good drying sensor and it fits my king size comforter, the lint trap location is annoying it is placed in the front and when I pull it out debris fall on the floor it is also a pain to pull the lint from the trap itself

Got the washer and dryer I like them both the delivery went real smooth guys were great they're working great I can't say enough positive things about this set thank you Best Buy.

Love it! Only issue I have had is the wrinkle control setting actually saturates the clothing and that was unexpected when trying to just get a few wrinkles out before you go.

This is one of the best purchase I have made this year. First dryer that my clothes do not come out all wrinkled. I was pleasantly surprised when my daughters cotton shirt came out wrinkle free. Highly recommend!

after having it for 6 mo Samsung sent us some stickers because of the problem they were having. The sticker was just emphasizing to use the bulky sheets option when washing sheets and large stuff. Hope this lasts for at least 7 years

It functions well. However, the sensor doesn't seem to know when clothes are dry or not. For this reason I always have to dry my clothes on high heat. So far so good though! And the cute little tune at the end of the cycle is nice.

Replaced an eight year old dryer that couldn't keep up with our new washer. This dries clothes really quick and does so in an efficient way. I haven't really noticed anything different with the steam function of it, but the clothes seem to smell better.

I purchased this washer after the huge recall last year and I hv been pleasantly surprised there hv been no issues. Its pretty quiet and has several heat selections. It’s large enough to dry linen & comforters for King sized beds

I have had no problems with this dryer. I did spend the extra to get the steam cycle but every time I use it, it leaves my clothes damp and it takes 20 minutes. I wouldn't pay extra for that feature if I had to purchase again.

I love the new features of refresh my clothing instead of washing them all the time. But it does not fit in my generic apartment hook-up space. Allow some space in the back for other components and you might not face dryer extending about an inch out

The dryer works great. We've had no problems with it. Have had it about 2 months. We've not used every cycle on it but the ones we have dry the clothes. It does have a really annoying little chiming singing thing it does when it starts and ends.

Got this to match the washer, I like it. Works well but haven't gotten to use the steam feature yet. I wish Best Buy had the shelf for this model for shoes but I will have to find that somewhere else. Everything else is great.

Dont put your knee on the top of it trying to put something on the top shelf Beyond that pretty good dryer. Not 100% sure about the steam function. More of a water application system to dampen your clothing

This dryer is so versatile. SO many settings and options -sometimes it is hard to make a decision. But, the only issue is with the wrinkle prevent setting. It makes the clothes come out damp and that is not good!

Works great, little problem with installation as they didn't install line for the steam dry feature, but that was an easy fix once they re-delivered the parts. Takes longer to dry than expected but everything works great.

This dryer is fantasic, the sensor dry isnt always 100% accurate, but 95% its right on, the other 5% is jeans and towels, those loads i do a timed dry and and its perfect.

Although Dryers take a lot of energy and contribute to global warming this I had to get this one I loved it it dries your clothes great but it does take time to get your clothes dry an average of an hour or more per load.

i have been using this washer since 3 months and i feel it is good one for the money spent. the clothes are clean with different wash modes and i have clothes cleaned accordingly to my expectations..
