Though it is mid-level in this line of products I would be impelled to purchase a more costlier version of this same product. This one works very well for me and my budget. very satisfied with product performance.

In addition to being very energy efficient, this dryer can sense when clothes are dry and end the drying cycle. Whirlpool model it replaced had no such feature. Very smart, and I am pleased with the purchase.

It works perfectly! It has the steam cycle so no more ironing. I got the set both washer and dryer and they are great quality and about the size im amazed it fits everything even my big comforters! Happy buyer

Seems to be good quality build- was leary of steam option but works...still might be easier to bust out the iron though. Hey, its a dryer and dries clothes...what else can you say?

We replaced our old washer and dryer with these new Samsung models and have thoroughly loved them. Cycles take longer than older units but they a great on saving energy somehow.

I got to use the wrinkle free option on a badly wrinkled shirt and I was amazed how fast and fresh it turned out. Plus the soft sounding ringer when it's all done just makes me smile, it's a cute tune.

you can dry anything!!! it has many cycles and you can also use the steam to clean specific things. It doesn't make sound and it has light so you can see inside the dryer when you get out the clothes.

Quick dry is good when you need clothes fast and don't mind high heat. The wrinkle remover cycle does a good job. I like that the lint filter doesn't spread lint everywhere when you pull it out.

This Samsung dryer matches my Samsung washer and what I love about it when you have your clothes and refresh it sprinkles water in the dryer to get the wrinkles out of your clothes fabulous

We purchased the dryer in Open box. Got it home and it started making a loud loud noise . Called Best Buy they came out and fixed it and it works wonderfully since.

Nice dryer, lots of options, most of which I don't use. Doesn't get hot hot like old dryers. Had to adjust to that. I'm sure that is the energy saving part....

This is the first dryer I've purchased in 16 years. Love the digital set up and all the drying options.

I'm satisfied with this dryer, large lint collector and drum. Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 as it's not loud, but wish it was a little more quiet (ok I'm being picky).

So far it's been ok sometimes my clothes are still damp and I have to set the cycle again. Not sure if it's me not putting the right setting on or just the dryer.

It takes a while to dry clothes, and I had issues with loud buzzing/vibrating noises within the first month of owning and am having Samsung come to repair it.

Great dryer, as advertised. It was open box item but not a scratch on it. Even plays a song when it's finished. Awesome installation guys who really knew what they were doing.

I'm still learning how best to use this dryer. It doesn't dry all of the clothes on a normal cycle; need to read the owner's manual more closely. All in all I'm happy with it so far.

This dryer is everything we needed and more. Drying times are great, and also has steam option. It also helps that I can dry a king comforter once and not worry about if it dried.

We were deciding between these and the LG product. They sales person helped us make the decision and the geek squad installed them. They work great for large loads of laundry

Only gets a 4 star because it leaves clothes very wrinkled. Ive tried shaking them out and decreasing load size. Still very wrinkled. Otherwise works great!
