Dryer is Ok

Noisy and loud .. No one willing to help.

I called and they said to use it for a while and the noise should go away. My mother passed away and I was handling all that. When I called they said it had been too long and since I did not buy the protection there was nothing that they would do. I bought it in November have not even had one year. Very sad!

Worst dryer

I must say it has been the worst dryer ever. We have had to replace the pullies more than once. They dryer will not turn on at all now. It is giving a code that Samsung does not give me to check for problems. I will never purchase another Samsung product as long as I live. I have the worst refrigerator that is Samsung also.
