Satisfied with the dryer for first 16 months then the belts failed. Looking into warranty now. Good options.

Works great but makes a rhythmic bounce noise. An annoying alarm alerts you when it's complete. Silence that immediately.

We had the previous model to this one, and twice a year I had to have it fixed. I can say that the warranty we purchased through best buy was amazing and they took care of all of our problems. However the dryer then broke in a way that couldn't be fixed so they gave us the same updated model. It is a terrible machine it won't dry anything it takes a half-day to get a load done and being a family of six that is unacceptable. I own three Samsung TV's, a Samsung wash machine, Samsung dishwasher and microwave which have all been problem free, but with this recent appliance I will never purchase another Samsung product again!!!

My dryer makes the works noise for the last 6 months, now i cant even dry clothes at night it wakes the kid.

This is a very pretty dryer. Unfortunately, between the Samsung TVs I've owned and this dryer, I will never purchase anything from Samsung again. I've had it just over 5 years and I cannot get the drum to start turning. Currently looking for a replacement. Don't buy this

Avoid this dryer if possible. I bought the pair, washer and dryer, If I could return them I would.

I'm a bit dissatisfied with the dryer we purchased.

Takes to long to dry clothes and leave them wrinkled.

the item was recalled I have problem with the. washer Samsung sent a tech over to repair the recalled item but the problem was mot fixed the washer will not spin blankets and sheets also on of the items for small cloths don't work. Samsung told me the do not have a rep in the area to do the repair after they extended the warrantee for another year i called Best Buy and the do not want to be in the middle with Samsong what a problem the manufacture should not manufacture washers they have no clue in making repairs and as for Best Buy there no helping either plus i bought a extended warrantee with this ongoing problem

2 years later; metal against metal noise and the smell of smoke. Will not buy a Samsung appliance ever again. Had a $3000 Samsung fridge go bad within 4 years!!

The dry was a dream at first. When purchasing a major appliance i expect for it to last for several years this dryer stop working after a year and half. Would not recommend this product.

We purchased this unit for a house we were having built and it was installed and in use on 3/17/17. Unit does ok, but started hearing odd noises when it was being operated a few months ago and the warranty is lousy, so we're out. 2.5 years service life for only 3 people. Not a good product for the price, and crummy warranty.

Its like this thing has a timer when its been sitting for a year. Almost to the date of purchase the dryer is now making horrid squeeling noises as it spins the clothes inside. Going to call and try for warranty claim, but I've read Samsung is a nightmare. Will buy an American made washer/dryer next time. Not as cool looking, but will probably run longer.

The dryer failed to rotate after only one use and it is going back to the store. It was supposed to replace a GE dryer which I had for 20 years and worked like a charm. I only bought the dryer to match the Samsung washing machine which was recalled the day after I bought it. I would not buy another Samsung product until their quality control measures up.

We bought this dryer about two years ago we're average washers and we are now on the 3 red repair and second dryer with first repair same issue every time I have spent more at laundry mats in the last two years than it cost me to buy this set

Dryer would not heat. Returned and exchanged for another model.

never did a good job, and broke in 3 yrs!! We always had to run two or three cycles to get the clothes dried completely. Now in little over 3 yrs, it completely broke and not even rotating.

Good dryer, wasn't big enough to dry a king size comforter in an adequate amount of time. Returned it, got the bigger LG

Dryer cuts off before clothes are dry, clothes are always wrinkled and the "refresh" mode leaves clothes wet everytime. Worst purchase we have made this year!

Having to replace after three years and we are having to replace it. The repair would have been 300 dollars.
