Never dries my clothes well. I have to keep putting it on like 3-4 cycles to get dry clothes

I’ve had this dryer for a little over a year and today the motherboard went out. $2,000 dryer but a crap product.

Too many fancy buttons and didn't last more than 2.5 years

Since day one, it makes a rhythmic thump sound. Heating element broke just 4 months after purchase.

This is a nice dryer with some nice features. Dries nicely, rarely have to restart it because the load is not fully dry. I did not give it 5 stars for these reason: No fluff cycle, A number of load settings do not allow you to adjust the temp. Find myself using Time Dry most so I can make adjustments. The drying temps are not overly hot which I like.

This dryer is excellent! Very easy to use and is absolutely great! The steam option is wonderful! You won't be disappointed! Jesus loves you!!!

This was my first Samsung appliance purchase and I am very pleased. The dryer can hold a very large load of clothes and it dries everything. Nothing is damp at the end of cycle. It has many settings and steam, though I typically use the basic settings.

Bought this along with the washer. Overall its ok. Not sure I love it as my clothes come out more wrinkled than I expected. It des have a wrinkle away feature that I have needed to use.

I love the time dry and refresh features!! :) I have not had to use dryer sheets and the clothes come out wrinkles to a minimum & with no static.

The big problem is that the dryer does NOT allow you to change temperature level for any of the preset sensor cycles. This would be normally be ok, but not a single one of the preset cycles uses temperature low ('Delicates' cycle uses 'Extremely Low' temperature). The only way to use temperature low is to do Timed Dry, which doesn't allow the convenience of the dryness sensor, which means you have to guess how long clothes will take to dry. This is SO frustrating because the dryer has the capability to do temperature low, but the dryer just won't let you select it when using any of the sensor cycles. If you have ANY clothes that you are hoping to dry that need Tumble Dry Low, do NOT buy this dryer.

Based on the positive reviews and ratings, I decided to purchase this dryer and am glad I did. Goes Great with the washer and so easy to use. Clothes come out fresh and clean and the controls are great as well.

I got this dryer on sale, July 4th appliance sell. Best Buy installed it nicely, it does a good job at drying my clothes; it also has a large capacity capable of holding lots of items.

Good dryer for the price, you really need to read the manual, too many functions

Owned this dryer for 5 years. Just replaced it today. Overall the dryer worked great. Until the last 6-12 months. Had repair guy out several times to fix a whiny noise. Maybe it’s just a lemon

The dryer has only been used for less than a year, but the dryer drum already started cracking. Lucky that our dryer is still under warranty from Samsung. However, there are many cases that the dryer drum broken right after the warranty expired. Got scheduled for repair service from Samsung, so took day off from work to wait for them. Then they canceled and rescheduled for second time. Took a day off again, but they called and rescheduled for a third time. It's horrible service from Samsung to backup their product. Stay away from this samsung dryer.

Purchased this dryer with the Samsung wash basin washer. I really like the steam feature it has; it's great for removing wrinkles if you accidentally leave your chlothes unattended for too long.

We purchase this at the end of June paying extra for the sensor dry and steam wrinkle features. The sensor dry works as long as everything drying is the same fabrics and thickness. After a month, the sensor dry quit working. It would think the clothes were dry after only 15 minutes. Call 1 to Samsung and they had me clean the sensors. It did not help. Call 2 to Samsung, run dryer test which showed everything is ok. Call 3 to Samsung to get them to send someone out but they don't show that unit is in warranty so had to email them receipt. Promises from Samsung to call us back never seem to happen. After several more calls, they say that they will have repair company call within 2 days to set appointment. That was a week ago and have NOT received a call. In the meantime, we managed to get the sensor dry working again by recleaning the sensors, unplugging the dryer for 30 minutes and running all the tests again. Hopefully it will stay working. The timed dry settings works fine so save yourself $200 and get a cheaper dryer without sensor dry and if it is a Samsung,, don't expect service.

I owned this machine for 10 months before it began making a rattling sound. I called Samsung because the dryer was still under warranty. They sent a technician out to fix it. The technician was 1 hour late (outside of the window of time that they had given me). He told me that he didn't need to hear the sound that the machine was making and that he could fix it. He replaced a part and the machine continued to make the sound. It turns out that the drum had cracked. They had to order the part and the technician came out and took the dryer apart to fix it. The new drum was warped. The technician had to put it back together. During the 3rd visit the technician replaced the drum. He was 2 hours late this time. When he left the machine continued to make the noise. He came back a 4th time and replaced some parts. The machine continued to make the noise. The 5th service technician came out and discovered what was causing the noise and determined that it had probably been made incorrectly. Also, because the machine had been taken apart 4 times and put back together, the screws were stripped. They told Samsung that they were unable to repair the machine. At that point Samsung asked for pictures. The repair man sent a video including the sound that the machine was making. Some time passed and I did not hear from Samsung. When I called them they told me that the ticket had been closed. The dryer had not been repaired and was still not working. They continue to refuse to stand by their warranty because they say that the machine has physical damage, which was caused by the repair people who they put me in touch with. When I asked to speak to a manager, they walked away from the phone call - didn't put me on hold or hang up, just rested the phone down and walked away. I did not strip the screws, their repair people stripped them during the time that they were trying to fix the faulty machine. All of this occurred over 4 months, 5 service visits, and countless phone calls. It boils down to the fact that they made a sub par product and are not standing by their warranty. I would not buy this machine or any other Samsung product. A dryer should last longer than 10 months.

Great replacement for old dryer that died. Steam provides an opportunity to soften clothes and remove odors.

Nice features and no issue so far after a months of usage, Still trying to understand "Delay""END"" function.
