Got it for a super deal open box for about $500. Needed a dryet Best Buy came through.

I love my dryer. I have never had clothes dry so quickly and wrinkle free!

Other than needing to dry some loads twice, it's a really great machine.

Love refrigerator space in freezer . Love quiet washer and dryer and capacity space.

Can do laundry regular, size is normal, fits in our laundry area.

We got the washer/dryer combo. The washer is great. Up till then it performs as advertised. We always love Samsung products. All our tv's, our refrigerator and our dish washer are Samsung and are quiet and perform perfectly. However, when we first started using the dryer, it made this humming noise. I called Samsung. The person on the line said that they pride themselves on making their products quiet. The technician took the dryer apart, added some insulation and it was quiet again. However, that night when we loaded up the dryer, it squeaked. If I press along the side or top, the squeak will go away. I was hoping maybe if I call them again, they can tighten up the screws. They came back and told me that the squeak is normal and there's nothing they can do. He refused to open the dryer and tighten the screws. In fact, he evened threatened to charge us if we call back for another service call. A dryer should be quiet when it is full of clothes(especially a new one)and not when it is empty. I can get this with a $200 dryer. I didn't think it would happen with a $700 dryer, but according to the technician, "It's normal". Why would I ever need to turn on the dryer when it is empty. Thanks Samsung. You failed me this time and I will accept this squeak, but I still love your products.

Recommended by sales person. At this time clothes are not drying properly. Dryer shuts off before allotted time.

The outlet hose is bent because it is too long. Most likely dirt/dust would be accumulated inside the host. It is noisy while in operation.

Don't buy it. You'll have to replace it. After a year of using this product it began to get louder and louder. It couldn't be repaired and was replaced. Make sure you purchase a Geek Squad warranty then everything will be worry free.

it gave me issues a year after i bought it, and now after my warranty is over, its not drying my clothes...

Samsung washer/dryer involved in recall. Not happy because of it.

after the cycle of normal, the clothes are still not completely dry but still damp.

This is a great dryer and I love the features especially the quick drying and it can dry a full load in little to no time
