I've had this unit almost five years and it's great. I do believe I had to call for maintenance once, for a minor issue. I also recommend the bestbuy maintenance plan which made the minor issue almost no issue.

Very quick to dry clothing. As for bedding covers. Well, kinda damp now and then. But I think that is my bad because I put some regular clothing in the mix...like jeans. Would suggest drying bedding by themselves. No major complaints. Works just fine.

I love how it stops when clothes is dry even though it's at a timed drying. It also sings a tune to alert you when the clothes is ready.

We purchased this to replace our 15 year old dryer. Unfortunately we are finding that the dryer takes forever to dry and on the "normal" settings (even on highest dry settings) requires multiple cycles to fully dry.

This is absolutely the worst dryer we ever had. The dryer is not heating well and costs us more time and energy trying to dry it. The problem with the temperature's inability to fully heat up started shortly after we the warranty expired. When the dryer can't fully dry our clothes, we are left to hang up some our clothes to dry. We also purchased a washer along with other appliances and decided NEVER to buy a Samsung appliance again.

This was the first washer and dryer purchase that my wife and I ever made. I've been using this dryer a few times a week for almost a year now and have us no issues. I really like Samsung products.

in 2 years i had to replace parts that ost me the same as the dryer did. after 5 years it not heating. I am replacing it with a LG because its a lemon.

Only lasted 5 years before it died. I have had to replace almost every Samsung appliance I have purchased. I cannot recommend this at all. Look elsewhere.

I have owned for 3 months now. This is the second unit. Replaced first because of a annoying metal scraping sound. 2nd unit did not do it at first, but started after a month or so. Seems to be a design flaw. I would not recommend.
