You can push the start button and looks like something should be happening but all it does is hum like a motor that is stuck. Tried to clean it out but no luck. Motor can be manually started who wants to do that?! Very poor quality product. Past the warranty by only 5 months and useless.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i baught this to replace a broken washer and installed it. it would nt fill with water all the way and needed a new part which is sad cuz it is brand new. so once again i have a boken wash machine and had to wait even longer to wash my cloths. when i did research i found any samsung prducts have same problem with the nF code it would display all the time.

Posted .I'm sorry to hear you had a problem with your Samsung Washer, Compman. Since the product you submitted this through is a Dryer, I don't know for sure which model you have, but would suggest referring to the Troubleshooting Guide on Samsung's website for suggestions to help resolve issues that may arise. For example, the nF code can have different causes, some of which are easily fixable by checking the water supply valve and hoses and inlet filters. It's also worth noting that the HE Washers are not designed to fill with water "all the way", but wash effectively with less water compared to conventional washers.
We appreciate your feedback and hope either the online tips or service (if necessary) will resolve this issue quickly.
