easy to use! great buy . and easy to set up. i reccomend

This dryer is very quiet. It dries very fast. The drying time is predictable and the same for every load. It has so many features that makes your clothes look better...I mean less wrinkles and no snags on the clothes. I have tried the steam feature but it did not work well. I am not sure if I did it correctly.

So far this machine has performed great and I've been doing 6-8 loads a week. It removes a lot of lint from the clothes, but the lint filter is easy to clean. This Samsung has been a welcome replacement for my 5 year old LG that never got the clothes quite dry.

We love the new dryer. it also looks great in the laundry room. only thing I cant figure is how to use steam cycle. my shirt went in steam for wrinkle release and came out dripping in water. I suppose if I read the instructions I can figure out my error.

I am pleased with the dryer in general. I am finding if you mix different density items - towels and sheets - your towels may still be damp after the dryer stops. I am determined to learn the nuances so this doesn't happen. Otherwise ... it is seems to be very gentle on the clothes.

Have had the dryer for about 3 weeks. It is working pretty well so far. The drying sensor that stops the cycle when it senses the clothes are done could use some work. Multiple times pieces have still been damp. Drying rack is a plus so that delicates/sweaters/etc can be dried.

We've had this washer for 4 months now and it's exactly what we were looking for! We got it for a great price the first time and after finding a competing retail with a lower price, Best Buy matched and the price was even better!

We never would have thought samsung would out way whirlpool. We had so many problems with whirlpool and exchanged for the samsung and could not be happier with our choice.

Everything is great and i like the options, but I'm still having a problem with the light inside, i have to turn the dryer to on then push the drum light button. I wish it would just come on when the door is open!

I purchased this dryer for my daughter's new house.... and she just love it . The dryer its big enough to dry a king comforter..and the best thing is that is a energy saver appliance ... $0. 25 per dryer cycle

This unit as well as the sister washer are a score! They both make a lovely sound when you turn the dial. Though the opening is not as big as I thought I wanted, I don't seem to have a problem. So far so good!

Great dryer with great functions and option, but so enmeshed the clothes are not dry when the cycle finishes. Often times have to increase to more dry.

This was the match to our new washer and we love it. It dries large loads well and my wife likes the steam function to freshen her uniforms each morning rather than ironing

Let me just say, thank you Best Buy and Samsung. Features like de-wrinkling ?? I no longer have to iron...A+++. Will definitely recommend this to everyone. Absolutely great machine

Great dryer. Easy to use, easy to read, and drys great. I have never even heard of the sensor dry before and it is very cool. I would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade.

Started to use washer and dryer as soon as I got them. Very easy to use controls and cuts down on loads per week due to size of machines. Wish I would have bought them sooner.

Compared to our last dryer, this one is a God send! Finally it doesn't sound like a machine gun in our laundry room! Love the moisture control feature. Great buy!
