    Disappointed in the time it takes to dry a load of clothes. It is a bigger drum than my old Maytag, but does not heat up as much and takes much longer to dry a load of clothes. Usually, need to use two drying cycles to dry clothes that only took one cycle with old Maytag.

    Total disappointment ! Be prepared for damp clothes. If you don't immediately get your clothes out when cycle finishes for some reason your clothes will be damp and you'll have to restart :/ very frustrating . Must have something to do with the steamer

    This dryer broke the very first day I bought it. Heard loud grinding. Only reason why I put 3 stars is I'm hoping I just got a lemon and this isn't the quality I should expect from Samsung
