They love it! Bride and Groom were very surprised!

This dryer would have gotten 5 stars from me if it had been in perfect working order when it was installed, but it was not. The selection buttons are stiff and sometimes require repeated pushes to engage. Worse yet, the My Cycles button whereby you can set your most used settings doesn't work at all. I called for service, which took 6 days, and when the serviceman arrived he didn't have the part although I had been told by Samsung Customer Service that he would. He has ordered it, and I am still waiting. On the plus side, it is quiet, quick and offers an array of specialized settings (when they work). It also holds a LOT of clothes.

My dryer was damaged in the warehouse, & a com[letely different model was substituted. Bad jpb, Best Buy

We've had this dryer for about a month, I am thrilled with the size of it and how fast it dries really big loads. It does it job very well but in addition it has a fabulous wrinkle remover setting that steams then dries clothes and makes them look as good or better than if I'd spent a bunch of time ironing them. Just a little thing, it also has a window and internal light so I can watch the clothes dry. :)

I thought I would love the dryer more but there is really nothing to rave about.

This makes me so sad because I was so excited to get it. It takes 2-3 cycles to dry even the smallest load of laundry. Wrinkle Release Cycle = severely dampen your dry clothes, take 1 hr to complete and it's still sopping wet after. So disappointed. The only way we can get the clothes to dry is putting it on the timed dry ONLY and running it a few times. Not very energy efficient

Dryer was noisy from the moment we bought it, waited to see if the noise would stop we didn't realize we needed to call for an exchange within 14 day period . We bought a five year warranty luckily and had to have it service within the month not happy .

We got this to match our washer, which was the one that explodes so that was fun. But our clothes don't dry. We have to run it on a few cycles just to dry a normal load of laundry. Our old rickety dryer was better than this one, I'm so disappointed

Garbage don’t buy have had issues non stop and no one is willing to help !!

I wasn't looking to replace my 20 year old dryer with this high end unit but I saved over 31% on sale so I decided to purchase it. I made the move to gas vs. electric since my home has the option. It's very quiet and has more cycles than I will ever use. I like the door window and the dryer rack that was included. My clothes come out much softer and smell much better than coming out of my older dryer. This must happen because the clothes are not over dried. Only 2 minor flaws I have noticed. It takes longer to dry a load vs. my older electric machine. Also, when you start a load, the time indicator states a time until finished but the time remaining adjusts during the drying cycle. It takes many minutes longer than initially indicated. A great product overall.

We're very happy with our dryer. It looks great even in white and the available features are fantastic. I also appreciate that you can turn the available sounds on or off.

Love this new dryer except for a few minor issues. The alert when the cycle is completed is two soft and quiet. When it can be heard the repetitive tune it player can be annoying. The only options are on and off. No loudness control or tune selection. Also the panel is not backlit or does not have a light that allows you to see your selections in the dark.

This dryer is very dependable and i would definitely recommend it.

Samsung dryer had great reviews! Purchased both washer and dryer... Worked well for short time. Then the dryer stopped working out of the blue. The electronic screen turned on, but the drum and the heat stopped. Spent hours on the phone with customer service to repair. This will be the last samsung product I purchase! very disappointed in quality.

We bought this dryer 3 years ago, and we're already on our 2nd repair. The pulley wheels keep breaking, and since the dryer is out of warranty, it's expensive to keep repairing. Go look online and read more reviews. For some reason, this generation of Samsung dryers were horrible. We're going to buy a new dryer when this next repair gives out. (it's only 1 year since the last repair!)

Do not buy it will stop working right after warranty is over the Control Board will cost you 650.00 just short of 100 less then what you pay for it and Beat buy will not replace
